Course Structure
The course is divided into two semesters.
Semester 1 involves a comprehensive study of 4 terms in 6 months followed by an internship of 4-6 months during which a student is also expected to complete a dissertation project.

Those students who wish to take an internship in Switzerland need to cover additional language studies of French or German along with basic studies or Food Service Operations.
Semester 2
The second semester is all about a paid internship of 4-6 months and a dissertation project. The dissertation project has to be an individual project on hospitality topic of the choice of student that has been agreed upon by the tutor. The project needs to be completed during the internship to complete all the credits for the Master Degree course.
Course Eligibility and Intakes
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline is a prerequisite to qualify for studying M.Sc in International Hospitality Management at BHMS., All students with a B.H.M.S.PG Diploma or Robert Gordon University Graduate Certificate are also eligible to apply.
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is expected as far as the English requirement is considered.
