Structure of the Diploma Course

Grand DiplĂ´me by Le Cordon Bleu focuses on Cuisine and Patisserie.

So for all the aspiring chefs who would like to specialise in pastry or bakery, the course is ideal. The course also has additional specialisations for integrations.

A normal study week consists of 32-40 hours.

The Diploma is benchmarked at NCFE Level 4 and is covered in 3 terms over a period of 9 months.

To integrate the course with an internship of 3 months or more (which is normally paid), extra classes need to be taken to prepare the resume, take communication classes, interview preparation and more. There is a nominal additional fee for the course with an integrated internship.
