By doing this bachelor degree course, you will get a carefully designed mix of the CIA’s renowned hands-on culinary or baking and pastry arts courses combined with in-depth, food-focused management, business, and liberal arts courses. The course also has a semester-long internship experience as a part of the curriculum.
