Course Overview
This is a condensed course to provide all students with the required knowledge and expertise of the hospitality and tourism industry in a short span of time. The curriculum is taught over 4 terms of 12 months. Modules are conducted in formal instructor-led classrooms sessions. Group work and projects are conducted to give students ample practical experience. The course is taught by industry experts and experienced hospitality educators.
