Background

Started in hospitality operations (F&B management at Menzies Hotels, UK). Moved into recruitment and education consulting. Built products to solve problems I saw firsthand.

I am a product leader because I identified problems through operational exposure, validated through industry relationships, built lean MVPs, iterated based on recruiter feedback, structured workflows for hospitality, aligned revenue with value delivery, and positioned the category with vertical clarity.
